Black Rock Mountain State Park

Black Rock Mountain State Park is closed this time of year due to weather and road conditions but because we know the park manager, we got to visit! We were actually checking it out to see if we could get our rigs up the narrow mountain road to camp host there.  We could do it if we had a lead navigation vehicle to move traffic which would be difficult to accomplish when the park was open and full of people!

It is a beautiful park! We had an awesome visit especially since we were the only ones there besides the park rangers.  I would definitely go back to visit with our tents and leave the RVs somewhere in an easier access area.
